About Us

Meet the orgarchitect team

We’re a fun loving team who enjoy tech and good data.

We are still a small team, but together we know how to make things happen fast and well while listening to Spotify playlists, laughing at funny stories and heading out for lunches and friday drinks.

We gel because our skills are complimentary but different, we are always interested in what each other is doing and keen to help if someone is stuck. A job done well is done by a team, and we’re that team

We have senses of humour can be witty, dry, but we always see the funny side of life.

Our passion and mission is to get GOOD QUALITY DATA into the hands of decision makers, leaders, ICT and business teams who need it, when they need it.

Mark is our CTO with AWESOMENESS.
He is on to any tech innovation and APPS faster than greased lighning. He has a “velcro brain” and knows so much stuff about the Solarsystem, and Ancient history……..and more

Mark is a two time SaaS startup co-founder, systems architect, full stack, and .NET developer who has worked for Microsoft, Oracle, Hitachi Data Systems and Pegasystems, negotiating huge implementation and licensing agreements.

Scotty is our youngest team member and Boy WONDER. He is our lead software engineer, BSE, geek and tech wizard in AI, cybersecurity and other leading-edge technology.

Scott lives in New Zealand and as a typical Gen Z’er, loves Geocaching, and is also a fanatical gamer in his spare time.
Sarah Jane Runge CEO and Founder ORGArchitect

Sarah is our VISIONARY CEO who looks for solutions outside of the box and knows how to raise the bar from ordinary to extraordinary whether she is working or working out.

A two times SaaS co-founder Sarah is a whizz at leading Startups and guiding founders through the maize of “what needs to be done next” and knows a lot of stuff about SEO,SERPS and marketing.

Sarah is a Queen at distilling problems into “root causes” and since 2006 has been analysing ICT project failures (and wrote a book on the topic). Consequently, she is PASSIONATE about the problems businesses are facing with Data Quality and how current Enterprise Architecture practices contribute to these issues.
